In season practices scheduled around games and tournaments. Outdoor practices will focus on situational training and reaching gameplay age specific goals around holding runners on base, double plays, cutoffs and baserunning.

The top team will be professionally coached by Top Pick Professional Training Staff during the season. Other teams will be parent led coaches assisted by Top Pick Academy staff.

6-7 Tournaments in June and July and in some circumstances compete in profile tournaments and showcases with college coaches in attendance. Teams will potentially participate at the following tournament locations and organizations in 2026 along with local venues in the Chicagoland area:
$3,200 – $3,700 + Uniform Fee
Pitcher Only Cost: $2,400 + Uniform Fee
Players will be placed on teams that best fit that individual player’s overall abilities.
Tournaments to take place in the Chicagoland area and neighboring states within a few hours driving distance.
